Q: What is your cancellation policy?
48 hrs prior to 2pm on the arrival date excluding non-cancellable bookings for group or special event and some holiday period. For cancellations received less than 48 hours, the full amount for the first cancelled night will be charged. Last minute or same day booking is free to cancel except on the weekend.
Q: How do I secure my booking?
A: All bookings are secured by a verified credit card, please note there is a $300 cash bond if you do not have a credit card.
Q: What is the earliest I can check in?
A: Check in time is 2pm. If you have an early wedding to go to, please consider to stay with us the night before to avoid disappointment. In the busy period, sometime it is logistically impossible to have the room ready before 2pm.
Q: Can I check in earlier?
A: As often as possible we will try and accommodate early arrival if possible, any arrival prior to 1pm may incur $20 per hour extra charges.
Q: What happens if I am arriving late?
A: Please give us a call, and we will pass on our afterhours check in procedure.
Q: Do you serve breakfast?
A: At the Oxley Motel we offer a continental breakfast delivered to your room from 645am to 800am, early departures can be accommodated via pre-delivery, day prior.

A: We are 2- 3 minutes by car or 12 -14 minutes walk to town, major shopping centre and restaurants.
